Rx Refill Request
When you need to refill your pet’s prescription medication, please call us with your request. In order to ensure the accuracy of your pet’s prescription refills, please allow 24 hours to process your request.
For a small fee, we are able to mail your prescription to your home. Please contact us for exact shipping and handling costs.
Please note: If we have not seen your pet within the last twelve months or this is a medication that your pet has not been previously prescribed, we will not be able to refill or prescribe the medication without first seeing your pet. Please schedule at appointment by calling us at 360-574-7290 and we will be happy to assist you.
Prescription diets are much like prescription medications in that they have expiration dates. In order to provide you and your pet with the freshest prescription diets, we stock small quantities of each type of diet. In order to assure we have your pet’s diet in stock when you need it, please call in a request at least one week prior to finishing your current supply.
